Complete with fixings. Just drops on. Also supplied with compatible seat stem. Made from black seamless integral one piece PVC skin and foam moulded over a steel chissis makes this ideal for outdoor applications. The contoured surface grooves channel any surface water towards drainage holes at the rear of the pan.
